Students completing any course, particularly the Diploma or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment need permanent access to their documents. Use file sharing programs like Dropbox or GoogleDocs to keep your work saved, safe and accessible at any time, and anywhere in the world. This allows you to access documents from a tablet, mobile phone, laptop or PC.

    Check Out ‘Screen Chomp’

This allows you to import your training course assessment workbooks and documents. The application acts exactly like a whiteboard allowing you to highlight and draw over relevant sections. Take Notes If You Have Trouble Understanding!

Another great application for those studying the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or any vocational education and training course is Evernote. This app allows you to take notes and access them from any computer or mobile device. You can also save your information and share it with others or email yourself possible answers as you study. The comprehensive system allows you to search all of your compiled notes by key word to quickly locate workbooks or important documents.
